New York City at night

At orientation on the Tuesday night, we were taken on a night time tour of New York City. It was great fun, more magnificent than I thought.

I only live 1/2 hour away from Manhattan on the train, so it will become my 2nd home pretty soon I'm guessing!

A beautiful church we went past on the bus. Will have to go back and look at it in person if I can remember where it was.

Ha ha, two police vehicles crashed into each other. Okay so it wasn't meant to be funny, but it was.

Yes, it is confirmed that there are many many yellow taxis in NYC!!!

A skyline shot of Manhattan, you can see a little of the Empire State Building in the background.

A toll gate/tunnel driving from New Jersey to New York

Cara, Me and Fernanda with NYC behind us. To the left of this photo was the Statue of Liberty, but at this stage it was too dark to get a photo of it.

Me and NYC skyline

Very cool but slightly random giant wooden sculpture of a mandolin, and me.

The church photo posted is of a Roman Catholic Church as indicated by the yellow flag signifying a visit of the pope to NYC some years ago.
